Shipments and returns
We know your order is important, that's why we will process and ship it within 24 hours after receiving it (Business Days).
Packages are shipped according to your selection during the checkout process. We will update your order and provide you with a tracking number.
Returns of unused merchandise are accepted within the next 30 days after you place the order; please contact us before shipping back your order; we will instruct you as how to do it. If you made a mistake on the reference and need to change it for a different one, we will offset restocking charges, otherwise, restocking charges apply.
Here is a detail on the restocking fees:
Regular V-belts: 15%
Banded belts or special order belts: 25%
Timing belts: 30%
