1. Do you ship to South and Central America?
Yes, we use DHL, your freight forwarder or if you don’t have freight forwarder we will help you getting one.
2. Do you ship to Asia, Eastern Europe or Africa?
Yes, we ship entirely worldwide, we use DHL or FedEx,according to your instructions.
3. Can I use my Shipping account (DHL, UPS or FEDEX)?
Yes, just make sure you let us know when you are placing the order. Orders are processed fast and we don't want to delay the shipping process.
4. The manufacturer reference part I have doesn’t appear in your catalog, how can I find it?
You can use part ofthe reference and try to locate the part number using our search tool, if this option still does not work you can contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
5. I’m having trouble finding an item on stock, what can I do?
Contact us as we might have it in stock and not available online at the moment
6. Can you manage to find me other pieces I don’t see on the online catalog?
Yes, we have contact with many suppliers and factories and we will look for the parts you need even if it appears that we don’t carry them.

We offer special discounts based on the value of the order and we also offer resale prices
8. What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order for any type of belts but timing belts. We do have a minimum of $30.00 UDS for timing belts, before taxes and shipping charges.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX), check, wire transfer or paypal. If paid by credit card, we will ship as soon as we charge the card, if paid by check we will delay the order until the check clears the bank (approximately 3-4 days), if paid by wire transfer we need confirmation from ourbank that the money was received, usually takes 1 business days. Paypal paid orders are shipped once payment is confirm; usually immediately.
10. I’m a reseller, what are GPR’s credit requirements?
We don't have open credit accounts. We can set you up on the system and save your credit card information so you don't have to provide it everytime you place the order.
11. What is the estimated time of delivery?
Stock products will usually ship same day, depending on the time we receive the order, if a product is out of stock, we will notify you and give you an estimated shipping date.
12. I have purchased online and haven’t got any tracking number or response, what is happening?
We do our best to update the information the very same day you place the order, we will update the order as preparation inprogress and once we have a tracking number will be updated as shipped, if you need detailed information on your order, please contact us and we will provide you with the latest update.
13. Which brands do you carry on power transmission belts?
We carry D&D brand as the primary brand (which prices are listed), but we have contact with other manufacturers like Gates, Jason, Bando, Pix and others.
14. Can I purchase the product at your business address?
The commercial office is in Miami and the warehouse is centrally located in Iowa for National shipping purposes, we do not have stock in our office.
